Here\’s a wellness guide from head to toe without extra cost or risks to your health. There are products out there that offer miracle cures to pretty much any health problem. It could be the latest diet pill to help you lose weight or a magnetic comforter to naturalize your energy or a water bottle with electrolytes. All these products may work or may not. For some, I am sure there are long term studies done to insure the products are safe but not others. Even if safety is not an issue, there is a big price tag associated with healthy living market. I am here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be that way. Living healthy is our right and it should be free! If you are an average family like mine, who is looking for ways to keep yourself and your kids and spouse healthy, I would love to help by sharing some knowledge that I acquired over the years. I love to read and learn about health and figure out easy ways to make healthy habits part of my family’s everyday living.

How easy it is to enjoy the outdoors when it’s warm and sunny! Walk on the beach and watch a sunset, or work in the garden in spring time and see flowers come to life. My favorite though is going on a hike to see beautiful foliage in the fall. Winter on the other hand is time for hibernation for most folks including me and my family.
