Fresh Ahi Tuna is absolutely delicious and you don’t have to wait for your next trip to a Japanese restaurant to enjoy it. Make friends with your fish monger and go ahead and buy that fresh sushi grade wild cought tuna steak.
It’s an investment, but totally worth it. If you make Ina’s tuna salad on a roll (minus the rolls), not only you add some healthy ingridience like avocado, scallions, red onion to your meal, but you stretch your dollar as well.
Once all is added and salad is made, a little goes a long way. I prefer to serve mine on a bed of arugula. My friends go crazy for it and always ask me to make it. As always, thank you Ina Garten for yet another delicious and healthy recipe we can add to our family’s favorites.
